We have put together this brief questionnaire in an effort to make your trip as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To that end, please fill out the form below to provide us with some basic information. 

Parallel keeps all of the information provided here confidential. We will follow up with you about relevant allergies and health concerns as necessary.

Many of our accommodations partners ask for our guests' passport information ahead of time. Please include the following as listed on your passport:
Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Country of Issue, and Expiration Date.

We will pass on any relevant information to our restaurant partners.
You do not need to disclose all health concerns, only those which could affect your Parallel Trip, specifically any issue that is exacerbated by exercise and outdoor activity.

Please share a bit about your hiking and walking experience. Start with a level between 1-10 where 1 is hiking limited to walking to the Produce Section of the supermarket and 10 is hiking Mt Everest barefoot and carrying extra weight for fun - expand as much as you wish from there.

Our shirts tend to run a bit snug. If you are between sizes, we recommend you opt for the larger size. Please select one.
