We’re so glad you will be joining us at Parallel! We have put together this brief questionnaire in an effort to make your trip as seamless and as enjoyable as possible. To that end, please fill out the form below to provide us with basic information about your party. Please know that Parallel keeps all of this information (and any information you provide to us) confidential. We will follow up with you about relevant allergies and health concerns as necessary.

Arrival Information

Please include the following with regard to your party's arrival:
Arrival Airport, Arrival Date and Time, Airline and Flight Number
(You are welcome to forward your itinerary to us by email if you would prefer.)

Passport Information

Many of our accommodations partners ask for our guests' passport information ahead of time. Please include the following for each member of your party as listed on their passport:
Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Country of Issue, and Expiration Date.
(You can also email us with a picture of your passport's ID page if you'd prefer.)

Please list any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or dietary preferences in your party.

We will pass on any relevant information to our restaurant partners.

Please list any environmental or medication allergies in your party.

Please list any relevant health issues or concerns in your party

You do not need to disclose all health concerns, only those which could affect your Parallel Trip, specifically any issue that is exacerbated by exercise and outdoor activity.

Hiking Experience

Please share a bit about the hiking experience for the members of your party. Start with a level between 1-10 where 1 is hiking limited to walking to the Produce Section of the supermarket and 10 is hiking Mt Everest barefoot and carrying extra weight for fun - expand as much as you wish from there.
